Can I speak with someone directly?
Yes. Our system is built to accommodate that at any time – you can request to be connected to a veteran member of our team whenever needed. If someone is available, you’ll be transferred immediately. If it’s after hours or no one is available at that moment, your request is logged and a team member is notified – you’ll receive a follow-up call as soon as possible.
